We speak the same language with our hostesses

We are constantly trying to create something new that will enhance and improve our services. Because we know that primarily our hostesses and their motivation are one of the key elements to a successful promotion, we work very actively with them on their education (ppm promo academy) and their field coaching.
A new feature for long-term projects is our training videos that help the hostesses to learn and remember all the crucial ideas of the promotion.
We try to educate the hostesses in an appealing and non-pushy way that they enjoy and become motivated to achieve a higher level of performance and accept greater responsibility.
